Service Description
・Within 7 days after your session, you will receive your stunning gallery. ・We select the best photos from all the shots, you can also tell your photographer which photos you want to get delivered. ・The downloadable photos will be in JPEG.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 1. Free cancellation request will be applied if you submit your request by at maximum 120 hours before your initial photoshoot date. 2. Cancellation requests made under 24 hours will be non refundable. 3.Cancellation request is free if it happens due to circumstances coming from our photographer and/or force majeure. Reschedule Policy 1. Free reschedule request will be applied if you submit your request at maximum 72 hours before your initial photoshoot date. 2. Reschedule request is free If it happens due to circumstances coming from our photographer or force majeure. 3. The new photoshoot date should be within 30 days before and after your initial photoshoot dates. Otherwise, you can’t pick this date.
