Cancellation Policy

1. Free cancellation request will be applied if you submit your request by at maximum 72 hours (3 days) before your initial photoshoot date.
2. The date calculation will refer to Japan.
3.Cancellation request is free if it happens due to circumstances coming from our photographer and/or force majeure.
4. If you pay your photoshoot using a gift card, it will be reactivated and usable for your next transaction after the cancellation process is done.
5. If you pay your photoshoot using a gift card completely, we’ll require you to pay the cancellation penalty charge (if any) then we will help to reactivate the gift card .

Rescheduling Policy
1. Free reschedule request will be applied if you submit your request at maximum 72 hours (3 days) before your initial photoshoot date.

2. The date calculation will refer to Japan.​
3. Reschedule request is free If it happens due to circumstances coming from our photographer or force majeure.
4. The new photoshoot date should be within 30 days before and after your initial photoshoot dates. Otherwise, you can’t pick this date.
